sir kelan to? i have some friends who went to manalmon two weeks ago. easy ba talaga yung trek, as in pwede sa mga hindi talaga nagte-trek? i am planning to bring some friends there although right now my concern is the level of the trek as well as how hard/easy the spelunking. and some minor details like how to go there via public transpo (we're a bit hesitant about bringing in cars).

You guys look like serious backpackers. I have yet to do a trek where I stay more than one night at a place.

I wonder if those folks washing their clothes by the river use detergent that's safe for the river's fishes and other wildlife.
